Born and raised in south-west London, I have always loved sport, taking it to a personal level with my weekly exercise routine. From first-hand experience I understand how fitness plays a vital role in both mind and body health. This inspired me to work within the industry, becoming a massage therapist after the birth of my two children. I studied at St Mary’s University in Twickenham and am now qualified in Level 5 ITEC sports massage, remedial massage, lymphatic drainage and pregnancy massage. Level 5 ITEC Sports Massage is the highest level of training in the UK for sports massage therapy. This advanced level focuses on enhancing knowledge and skills that I have gained from years of experience, meaning I can work with a wide range of clients, including those with complex conditions as well as professional athletes.
As someone who appreciates the link between physical health and mental health, I use my natural empathy to guide clients physically and emotionally through their unique healing journey. I enjoy working holistically with the individual, taking into consideration their unique needs. I believe passionately in educating clients in the benefits of massage, so they too can understand the important role it plays in the healing process, as well as forging lifelong benefits for overall well-being.
