I was advised to look for a trigger point specialist and was very pleased to find Jo. She's a great massage therapist who specialises in trigger point massage. After my first appointment with her I could already feel my hip flexors, lats and other tight muscle groups beginning to ease. My posture and walking improved considerably over the sessions that I had with Jo. She's a skilled practitioner who really understands all the muscles that get tight in people who sit too much - like me! She also took time to understand the physical issues I face due to my MS, including the extreme tightness I have in my right glute.
